Most of the teams we work with have between a handful and a few dozen people talking to customers. They’ve outgrown a shared spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group, but they don’t need, or want, a large enterprise system with a long setup.

Understand Before Proposing
We study how your team works today before suggesting anything. Most problems are clearer after an hour of watching than a week of meetings, and the right fix is often smaller than you expect.
Plans in Writing
You see the scope, the timeline and what’s included in writing, and approve it before we build. If something changes later, the change is written down too.
Tested for Real
Every feature is checked in a real browser and on real phones before you see it. “It should work” isn’t good enough when your team depends on it every day.
Nothing Switched Off Early
Old systems stay available until the new one has proved itself. Your team can fall back on the old sheet while they get used to the new way.

Some things are easier to promise as a list of what we refuse to do.

- Name a client, or share their numbers or screenshots, without their written permission.
- Use your real customer data in demos or screenshots.
- Lock you in. Your data is always exportable, and ownership of what we build is agreed in writing before we start.
