Integrations That End Copy and Paste
We connect Facebook Lead Ads, website forms, WordPress and Google Sheets to your CRM, and automate the routine jobs nobody should be doing by hand.
Illustration. Which connections apply depends on the tools you use.
Who This Is For
If a person on your team moves data from one screen to another every day, that job can almost always be connected instead.
Someone Downloads Facebook Leads Every Morning
They open Ads Manager, export the new leads, paste them into a sheet and send them around. It takes time, and it happens later than the lead expected.
Your Website Form Only Sends Emails
Each enquiry is an email in a shared inbox. Somebody has to read it, copy the details and remember to follow up.
A Google Sheet Is Your Real Database
Years of leads live in one sheet with several tabs. Everyone is nervous of breaking it, and nobody can search it properly.
Your CRM and Your Forms Don’t Talk
You already pay for a CRM, but leads still reach it by hand, so it’s always a day behind.
Backups Depend on Someone Remembering
There might be a copy of your data somewhere. Nobody is quite sure when it was last made.
You’re Switching CRMs
You’re moving to a new CRM and need years of leads, notes and statuses carried across without losing history or creating duplicates.
Where Copy and Paste Costs You Leads
Every manual step between a form and your CRM is a place where a lead can sit, get mistyped or disappear.
Leads Wait Until Someone Is Free
Facebook leads are exported to a sheet and pasted into the CRM. On a busy day it doesn’t happen, and those people wait.
The Shared Sheet Breaks
A column is renamed or a filter is left on, and new rows quietly stop being picked up.
Form Emails Get Missed
WordPress forms send an email per enquiry. They pile up next to invoices and newsletters.
Duplicates and Bad Numbers Creep In
The same person fills two forms, or a phone number arrives with a country code and spaces, and now there are two leads.
Ad Test Leads Pollute the List
Meta’s test submissions end up in the same list as real people, and someone calls a number that doesn’t exist.
What We Connect and Automate
We start with the tools you already use and connect them properly, with checks on the data that comes in.
Facebook Lead Ads to CRM
Leads from your Meta lead forms arrive in the CRM with their campaign and form answers attached. Meta’s test leads are filtered out.
Website and WordPress Forms
Each submission becomes a lead with its source recorded, instead of an email. Our website development work includes this by default.
Google Sheets
Import years of old leads once, or keep a sheet as a source while your team moves across.
Clean Data on the Way In
Phone numbers are normalised to ten digits, and duplicates are caught by phone number and lead ID before they are saved.
Campaign and Source Tracking
Every lead keeps where it came from, so you can filter by campaign or source and see which ones produce real conversations.
Webhooks and APIs
Where a tool can send data, we receive it securely. Each connection has its own key, so one leak never exposes the others.
Automatic Backups
Scheduled backups of your data to Google Drive, so a copy exists outside the server.
Scheduled Checks
Checks we set up for your lead sources that run on a schedule instead of relying on someone remembering, for example finding leads that came in but were never assigned.
WhatsApp Click-to-Chat
Chat links on your website and campaigns, so people who prefer WhatsApp can reach you in one tap.
How an Integration Project Runs
We map exactly where data comes from and where it should go before connecting anything. Dates for each phase go into the written plan.
Discovery
Which tools you use, what data they hold, and where leads get stuck today.
Plan Sign-Off
A written list of connections, fields and checks, which you approve before we start.
Build
Each connection built and wired to your CRM, one source at a time.
Testing
Tested with real-shaped sample data, including duplicates, test leads and messy phone numbers.
Launch
We switch on one source at a time and watch the first live leads arrive.
Training
Training as agreed for your team: where each lead comes from and what to check if one goes missing.
Support
Platforms change their forms and APIs. A maintenance plan can cover keeping connections working.
What You Get at Handover
Connections you understand, so a missing lead never becomes a mystery.
A Map of Every Connection
Which source sends what, where it lands in your CRM, and which fields come with it.
What to Check If Leads Stop
A short checklist for the most common causes, such as a renamed form or an expired access token.
Separate Keys Per Connection
Each integration uses its own secret, kept on the server, so one can be changed without touching the others.
Backup Details
When backups run, where they are stored, and how a restore is requested.
Import Notes
For one-time imports from sheets, what was cleaned, what was skipped as a duplicate, and why.
Training As Agreed
Training as agreed for your team, so whoever looks after your leads knows how it all fits together.
Support and Maintenance After Launch
Integrations are the part of a system most likely to change underneath you. Meta updates its forms, a plugin changes, a sheet gets a new column. A maintenance plan can make someone responsible for keeping the connections working.
You message the person who built them, not a help desk.
What a Plan Can Cover
- Fixing a connection that stops sending data
- Adapting to changes in Meta forms, plugins or sheets
- Adding a new lead source
- Checking that scheduled backups keep running
- One-time imports when you bring in old data
What your plan includes is written down before you sign it.
Relevant Work
Integration case studies will appear here once each client has approved them in writing.

Which Tools Can You Connect?
Facebook Lead Ads, website and WordPress forms, Google Sheets and webhooks are the common ones. If a tool can send or export data, we can usually connect it. We’ll check on the first call.
Do Facebook Leads Come in Automatically?
Yes, once connected, new leads arrive in the CRM without anyone downloading or pasting them.
What Happens to Duplicates?
Incoming leads are checked against existing ones by phone number and lead ID, and duplicates are skipped instead of creating a second record.
What About Meta’s Test Leads?
Submissions made with Meta’s lead testing tool are recognised and left out, so they don’t show up as real people.
Can You Import Our Old Google Sheets?
Yes. We import them once, cleaning duplicates and repairing phone numbers, and give you notes on anything that was skipped.
Do We Need a CRM First?
You need somewhere for leads to land. That can be a custom CRM, Evalo CRM, or another system that accepts data.
Is It Secure?
Each connection uses its own secret key, kept on the server and never in the browser, so access can be revoked one connection at a time.
What If a Connection Breaks?
A maintenance plan can cover fixing it. The handover notes also cover the most common causes, so your team knows what to check first.
Can Leads Be Assigned Automatically When They Arrive?
Yes, in a CRM we build. The assignment rule is agreed with you, for example taking turns across a team, and managers can still reassign by hand.
How Is It Priced?
It depends on how many connections you need. We quote after the free consultation.
What to Bring to the First Call
None of this is required. But the more of it you can share, the more specific our advice on the call can be.
- A list of the tools your leads pass through today, from ad forms to sheets to your CRM.
- Who copies or forwards leads now, and roughly how often they do it.
- Examples of messy data, such as duplicate leads or broken phone numbers, with real names removed.
- Any connection you’ve tried before that stopped working.
- Where your data is backed up today, if anywhere.
