Who We Are

This website, evaloai.com, is run by Trivanta Solutions, Jaito Road, Kotkapura, Punjab 151204, India. Evalo AI is a brand of Trivanta Solutions. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Trivanta Solutions, trading as Evalo AI.

What We Collect

• Details you send us. When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, usually your name, your phone number or email address, your business and your message. On WhatsApp we also see the name and number on your WhatsApp profile.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
• Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics records how the site is used: the pages you view, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or a link), your device and browser type, your approximate location (city and country, worked out from your IP address), and clicks on our Book a Consultation, WhatsApp, phone and email buttons. It doesn’t see what you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, or anything said on a call. If you reject, or don’t choose, Google Analytics isn’t loaded and none of this is collected.

How We Use It

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss your project.
• To prepare a proposal or quote if you ask for one.
• To keep the website working, secure and useful.
• If you accepted analytics cookies, to see in aggregate which pages and buttons are useful, so we can improve the site.

We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where It’s Stored

Emails stay in our email account, and calls and WhatsApp messages on our business phone. We record phone and WhatsApp enquiries in our own CRM so we can follow up and nothing is missed. The website itself is hosted by Vercel.

Who We Share It With

Only service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose: for example our website host, our email provider, and WhatsApp (run by Meta) for messages you send us there. If you accept analytics cookies, Google receives the analytics data described above as our service provider for Google Analytics, and may process it on servers outside India. We don’t use analytics data for advertising: Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. We also share personal data where the law requires it.

How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Google Analytics data, if you accepted it, is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically.

Your Rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies, you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent you have given. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time with Cookie Settings at the bottom of every page. For anything else, contact us using the details below.

Cookies

This website doesn’t set its own cookies. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies.

• If you accept, Google Analytics sets two cookies on evaloai.com: _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID. They tell one visit or visitor apart from another, and by default last up to two years.
• If you reject, or don’t choose, Google Analytics isn’t loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
• Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, so we don’t ask again on every page. It stays until you change it or clear your browser’s site data.
• To change your choice, use Cookie Settings at the bottom of any page. If you switch to Reject, Analytics stops and its cookies are deleted.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children.
